This Policy outlines the terms governing cancellation and refund for both Clients and Customers. Please review this document carefully before engaging with our services.
Definitions
Client: Any individual, firm, trust, or institution who subscribes to or avails services of Feedshack Communications Pvt Ltd in exchange for a fee or subscription.
Customer: Any individual who voluntarily participates in surveys conducted through our platform in exchange for a reward or payout.
Cancellation and Refund Policy for Clients
- Incorrect Form Submission: Fees paid for incorrect, incomplete, or repeated forms are non-refundable.
- Purchase of FEEDBITS Coins: All purchases are final and non-refundable.
- GST Charges: Taxes collected under the GST Act, 2017 are non-refundable.
- Violation of Platform Policies: Forms requesting irrelevant or offensive information may be removed without refund.
- Voluntary Deletion of Forms: No refund will be provided for voluntarily deleted forms.
- Client Misconduct Reports: Valid reports of inappropriate data collection may result in form removal and no refund.
Cancellation and Refund Policy for Customers
- Payout Schedule: Disbursed on the 1st and 15th of each month. Delays caused by technical or third-party issues are not our liability.
- Filling Authentic Information: Providing false or misleading survey responses may result in forfeiture of payouts and account suspension.
- Suspicious or Fraudulent Activity: Suspicious behavior may lead to account freezing or suspension with prior notification via email.
- Customer Misconduct Reports: Verified complaints from clients may result in reward confiscation and account action.
